1. Buyers must be students or registered health professionals to purchase our products. 
2. Products purchased will be sent via Australia Post Registered mail once payment is received.
3. For your security, we use Paypal as our preferred payment method. Paypal offers the buyer additional protection. Go to https://www.paypal-australia.com.au/security/buyer-protection for details. Our server does not keep any of your payment information. 

Returns Policy

1. Unopened or unused and undamaged goods may be returned for a full refund.
2. Returned goods must be sent by registered post only at the buyers expense. Refunds will be made to the buyers bank account once the goods have been received by us.
